So we’re serving you up the tastiest starter before our reopening – a brand new chef taking over our kitchen – Taheena, from chef Seif Abdel Salam.
Taheena is spicing up our building with dishes inspired by the flavours (and a nod to Seif’s heritage) of North Africa. From Ta’meya to Baba Ghanoug to ancient Egyptian treats, you’ll enjoy a jaw-dropping selection of reimagined classics of what Seif grew up eating, made with organically grown produce sourced from local growers and farmers.
All paired with a gorgeous selection of pales, ales, cocktails and more from our newly renovated Yard Bar.
We’ll be opening up our bar from Thursday to Sunday each week to give you a first chance to taste what Taheena has to offer.
We think this might just be the most exciting launch in Hackney Wick.
But you can be the judge of that.
Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the building.
We have increased our regular cleaning and all high contact points will be sanitised more often.
Masks are mandatory for all staff and guests unless exempt or while sat at a table
We test our team before and every time they come on shift and carry out temperature checks. Anyone that displays symptoms will be sent home.
We have ensured that the layout of our venue will allow for physical distancing between guests and staff.
