Our space can transform to suit your needs-performances, parties, shoots, workshops-we’ve hosted them all. With our friendly staff and accessible rates, we’ll deliver. Our availability varies based on our calendar of in-house shows and events.
OUR THEATRE
IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE SPACE IN EAST LONDON, THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE.
With its reclaimed wood and wide concrete stage, our gorgeous amphitheatre is the perfect venue to host a wide variety of events or meet your studio hire's needs. Performances, screenings, press launches, lectures, and conferences will all fit perfectly.
CAPACITY AND SIZE
Our auditorium has 98 seats in the main bank and 12 balcony seats. Additional benches can be added to the front on request. It is wheelchair accessible. The maximum capacity is 200.
The stage is 8850mm wide, 8008mm deep and 4000m tall.
PRICE
We charge £120 per hour (+VAT) or £750 per day/eight hours (+VAT). Additional charges may be due for Sundays or any technical support you require.

OUR BAR
Our bar is the best place for a celebration.
Our late license means the fun doesn’t have to stop, while our fully stocked bar and gorgeous industrial setting provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night. We can accommodate everything from an intimate gathering, to a large festive hoopla with panache.
CAPACITY
Our bar has a capacity of 250 for dancing, 120 capacity for cabaret-style seating and 80 capacity for dining, with in-house catering offered on request.
PRICE
A minimum bar spend starts from £750. Deposit required.
HOURS
We are licensed for events to midnight, Monday to Wednesday and Sunday, 2am on Thursday and 3am on Friday and Saturday.

REHEARSALS
With a large and unmatched stage space, our theatre is perfect for rehearsals.
Our theatre provides the ideal setting for rehearsals at any phase of your creative process. Run lines, develop choreography or just refine cues - we have the room and resources needed to progress from your first stumble-through to the final polished run.
SIZE
Our stage is 8850mm wide, 8008mm deep and 4000m tall.
RESOURCE
A dancefloor, lighting, sound or AV equipment can be provided, for an additional fee.
PRICE
We charge £50 per hour (+VAT) or £200 per day/eight hours (+VAT). Additional charges may be due for Sundays or any technical support you require.

STUDIO 2
Our light and airy Studio space is the perfect spot for rehearsals or meetings.
Located just a stones throw away from The Yard Theatre on White Post Lane, our Studio is ideal for smaller rehearsals, R&Ds, readings and meetings. The perfect creative haven.
SIZE
Studio 2 is 590cm x 480 cm
HOURS
Our core hiring hours are Monday-Friday, 10-6. Additional charges may be due for hires outside this time frame.

THE WHOLE VENUE
