Vivi started her journey with yoga about 15 years ago, feeling the physical and mental shifts it creates, she started attending regular self- practice classes that really made her experience yoga as a discipline of awareness, an element she now always bring in her classes.
She holds a 500 hours teacher training and has completed numerous breath workshops and anatomy courses including an intensive hands on adjustment course.
Her background is creative and uses that exploration to weave into her teaching. Her classes have a high emphasis on breath work.
Yoga is an embodied practice that can transform lives and support us in our day to day. It’s a connection with ourselves and our surrounding. In her desire to go further along that route, she recently just certified as Ayuverdic Yoga massage therapist – a massage treatment that also emphasis on the breath.
