Post-natal yoga helps you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and childbirth with a focus on restoring and healing your pelvic floor and core. With exercises are designed to strengthen and stretch those muscles that might ache from carrying your baby or potential breast feeding. The class is an ideal time to allow yourself time to relax and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment.
