GGI 끼 – feminine energy and affectionateness (pronounced ‘kki’) is a club nite and dance party for queer, trans and non-binary folks of the global majority who identify as ESEA (East and South East Asian) and their queer, trans and non-binary friends of any background. GGI is a space celebrating ESEA queer culture, away from a fetishising gaze, and a space where queer ESEA excellence can thrive!

We would ask for consideration from white allies – this is a space for ESEA community members and their guests. If invited by friends or partners, please pay for a full price ticket and be aware of the community being centred at the event. BPoC (Black People and People of Colour) please feel welcome, but again with the understanding that this is a rare space for queer ESEA people.
Discounted tickets will be available for trans BPoC (Black trans people and trans people of colour). A limited number of tickets will be available on the door at full price.
There will be strobe lighting used during the performance and DJ sets, as well as a smoke/haze machine.
