ABOUT
This is it. Our final night.
The Yard is getting demolished in the summer, so we thought it’s only right that we go out with a bang too.
It’s been 7 years since we started out in a damp basement in Dalston. Between then and now, we’ve brought in the likes of Oneman, re:ni, Frazer Ray, Ploy, Tia Cousins, TSVI, Club Fitness, Jay Duncan and ohmydais to shell out intimate, unannounced sets in Hackney Wick.
For Friday 9th May, we’ve secured a headliner worthy of a last ever blow out. And it wouldn’t be Unknown Artists without a few clues about them…
This is someone you’re more likely to find playing peak time at Warehouse Project or headlining Fabric than a 250 cap East London space. A DJ and producer whose sets join the dots between techno, bass and grime and whose hugely influential label is behind some of the most bumping club music coming out of the UK right now. We’ve been big fans for years, so now feels like the perfect moment for them to head up our demolition crew with an extended set.
Support comes either side from our residents. Hard hats recommended.
The last 7 years have been a real ride. Friends and family, come through if you can to pay your respects to the dead. And if you’re new to us, or haven’t seen The Yard in action, this is your last chance to experience one of London’s most underrated venues before their renovation.
As a throwback to our first ever party in 2018, we’re selling a limited amount of £5 advance tickets.
Grab ‘em whilst you can.
